 LEAD CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

 

StoneMor Partners L.P. (NYSE:STON) is seeking a Lead Customer Care Specialist to join our Corporate Team.  This position is located at our Trevose, PA national headquarters.

 

The Marketing team is looking for a Lead Customer Care Specialist who will serve as the primary contact and business liaison between a third-party vendor and customers as needed. This position is responsible for receiving information from the vendor and/or customer and delivering it to the correct party within the company. The Lead Customer Care Specialist is also responsible for following up, tracking and managing the process. This individual is dedicated to and expected to establish effective working relationships with customers, vendors and employees within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Work with third-party customer service company frequently
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of one Marketing Assistant
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop and maintain service procedures, policies and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Coordinate and execute multiple priorities while continuing to meet deadlines
  • Follow-up with customers and suppliers, developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Provide support where needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Must have computer knowledge: Google Systems, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer
  • Ability to effectively and quickly complete tasks and assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Must abide by all company policies and keep all employee information confidential.
  • Must be well organized and have strong time management skills.
  • Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with clients one on one & build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with others in a team atmosphere.
