    The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and independent individual able to handle the administrative duties in a collaborative, small office setting. This includes record keeping, filing, tracking, ordering, computer processing, and communicating with the corporate office. Excellent computer skills are REQUIRED.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:


    • Order required products supplies needed for the region.
    • Schedule and attend meetings while taking accurate notes.
    • Maintain Records of all memos, e-mails, corporate policies, and programs implemented.
    • Other duties assigned by manager. 




    • Multi-Line phone skills required
    • Filing skills (Alphabetically)
    • Ability to type 40 words per minute with minimal errors
    • Proficient data entry skills
    • Basic mathematical skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions
    • Basic computer skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Proficient organizational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years experience in administrative roles.
