    StoneMor Partners L.P. is conducting a search for a RVP of Operations. This position is responsible for planning, managing and organizing the activities of all Cemetery & Funeral Operations. It is also responsible for the overall performance of operational aspects including maintenance, administration and funeral within the assigned territory.

    • Provides leadership and management to Maintenance, Administration and Funeral areas including planning and directing operational strategies.
    • Achievement of operation targets, profit performance, site operations, and customer service across all cemetery and funeral locations in assigned territory.
    • Supports all departments in functional area in the pursuit of corporate goals and objectives of enhancing business performance.
    • Monitors and manages all Profit and Loss centers within his/her assigned territory.
    • Ensures that the cemetery and funeral locations are in compliance with state, federal, and company requirements, as directed by the corporate office.
    • Develops and identifies talent for key performing areas at the regional level.
    • Support staff to ensure proper maintenance of all StoneMor properties and their improvements, including buildings and their fixtures, equipment, and all operations within company budget requirements.
    • Meets and works with management to recognize and discuss current and future needs of the region and specific locations including budget analysis, cost controls, and business performance.
    • Works with Regional Management Team when necessary to rectify situations that arise that cannot be handled by location team. Investigate situations with Management Team and puts forth corrective actions if necessary.  Consults with Human Resources when situations involve sensitive Employee Relations related matters.
    • Leads change and easily builds influence at all levels of organization. Enhances morale and gains group commitments to achieve goals and objectives of all locations within assigned territory.
    • Perform other projects as assigned by the Regional President.


    • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred.
    • 7-10 years of experience managing the overall operations of multiple locations in a commission focused environment.
    • Management experience in a multi-unit environment.
    • Ability to lead and develop effective management teams with a customer focus.
    • Ability to manage and lead a multi-location territory with 500-1000 employees with a key focus on overall operations.
    • Ability to facilitate change across a large territory.
    • Ability to quickly identify and handle employee relations issues when appropriate.
    • Ability to handle and manage multiple priorities within fast paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
