    Regional Marketing Specialist

    StoneMor Partners is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. This position is located in our Trevose, PA national headquarters.

    This position reports directly to the Senior Director Marketing & Demand Generation and is responsible for managing various pre need cemetery advertising and marketing programs. Working closely with the Field Sales Management, along with interacting with various Corporate Marketing Team Members and outside vendors. This position will play a key role in enabling Stonemor to attain its annual cemetery pre need revenue targets.

    • Demonstrate leadership and expertise in marketing. Be savvy in various forms of online and offline demand generation. Be adept at a wide range of internal communications, becoming the marketing voice to the field.
    • Set marketing strategic and tactical direction in collaboration with field sales management ad senior marketing leadership.
    • Liaison with various internal and outsourced marketing service providers to successfully execute advertising action plans: marketing research, freelance copywriters and art directors, target market mailing list specialists, data analysts, and advertising production.
    • Manage regional marketing-related budget items.
    • Track, report, and analyze program results. Provide field sales management with ongoing performance reports, documenting actual vs budget performance metrics.
    • Adjust direction of advertising programs where necessary to ensure attainment of all goals.
    • Stay current on digital and strategic marketing trends and adjust regional strategies accordingly.
    • Achieve targeted results, ensures timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and promotions, and develops benchmark criteria to measure/analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of those promotions.


    • 2-5 years’ experience of proven marketing campaign management experience, specifically in an ROI-focused, direct marketing/direct response environment.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (PCM or DCMP designation a plus) with an ability to apply key marketing principles.
    • Working knowledge of forecasting, budget-setting, financial management, and accounting.
    • Facility in supervising the work of internal and external creative personnel.
    • Proactively accountable with all aspects of designing, launching, and managing marketing.
    • Project management skills: planning, implementing, controlling, and evaluating.
    • Written and communication skills.
