    StoneMor Partners is hiring a National Trainer to join our Training Team. This position will be based out of the Northeast Region and will office out of our Corporate Headquarters in Trevose, PA. 


    This position is responsible for the new hire and continuous developmental training throughout the assigned region and United States as needed. The selected candidate will be required to live within the assigned territory within a reasonable time frame to support business needs. Up to 50% travel is required throughout the territory.

    • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting classroom and field training orientation.
    • Develops individual coaching plans and continuous training as needed.
    • Provides resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
    • Determines training needs by traveling with representatives; studying sales results reports; conferring with  
    • Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
    • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques with Management
    • Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Accomplishes training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned by the National Director of Training.


    • High school diploma or equivalent, four year degree or some college coursework preferred. 
    • 1 + years sales experience preferred.
    • 4+ years of experience in delivering sales training or training required.
    • Leadership training delivery preferred
    • Leadership and motivations skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision and engage others.
    • Detail oriented with a proven ability to prioritize multiple objectives with shifting priorities.
    • Ability to build effective relationships within the organization.
    • Strong and demonstrable business acumen.
    • Self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent public speaking, writing and customer service skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees, management and vendors.
